instED Success story: Pioneered, and Proven with CCA

We partnered with Commonwealth Care Alliance® (CCA), an integrated care system influencing innovative models of complex care nationwide. From its inception in October 2014, the instED pilot program with CCA responded to thousands of visits and treated conditions ranging from respiratory, cardiac and gastrointestinal illnesses, to infectious diseases and wound care.

We successfully achieved excellent outcomes, leading to improved quality, lower costs and higher satisfaction rates.

Innovative technology platform: instED Now

instED is supported by a comprehensive technology platform called instED Now.

instED Now uses leading technology and security protocols to provide a safe, secure and user-friendly way to request an instED visit. In addition, the technology platform allows paramedics to actively engage in the care process and document all necessary information along the way.
