Our mobile health providers serve Boston and the surrounding metropolitan area. We visit patients throughout the city—from Back Bay and South Boston to Dorchester and Cambridge—as well as nearby communities like Brookline, Newton, Somerville, Quincy, Waltham, and Medford.
We provide mobile urgent and emergency-level care throughout Central Massachusetts, including Worcester and surrounding communities. Our teams bring diagnostics, IV treatments, and advanced medical care directly to your home.
instED also serves communities across the Merrimack Valley, South Coast, Western Massachusetts, and the Berkshires, ensuring statewide access to hospital-level care at home.

Most of our patients are over 65. We serve many Medicare members.
We will provide services to you in your preferred language.
We work with Many Medicare Advantage plans, MassHealth managed care organizations, and commercial insurance. Call your health plan to check your coverage.

Can you come during a snowstorm?
Our mobile teams are equipped for Massachusetts weather and will come to you when it's safe to do so. During severe weather events, availability may depend on road conditions and safety guidelines.
Can you come to my vacation rental?
Yes, we provide mobile care at vacation rentals, beach houses, and temporary lodging.
