Our mobile health provider arrives at your home (or wherever you are) with everything needed to treat you. Most visits happen within 3 hours.
We perform tests, provide treatment, and give you medication if needed. The average visit takes about an hour, and we share information with your regular healthcare provider after the visit is completed.
instED is built to treat urgent medical problems that would normally send you to the ED, but can be safely treated outside the hospital. Think UTIs, flu, dehydration, breathing trouble, minor injuries, and more.

He checked my vitals and really listened to me…he even made me laugh. Based on my symptoms and a phone consult with a doctor, a diagnosis was made, and meds were called in to my pharmacy. They even care enough to come back in a few days to check up and do some blood work again! It’s better than an ambulance and without an ambulance being parked outside that draws attention, they come in a cute van that has logos …. WAY better! They tested the blood right there and was more personal and thorough and faster than the hospital!!! I recommend this hidden gem to everyone and anyone in need of their services!!!! 5 stars doesn’t give them enough credit!”

This nurse was amazing and she went over and Beyond wish I could give it more than five stars because the service from this place. They are very awesome and I wish I could say more but I only have limited of space. I do recommend for the elderly people who has CCA this service”

How quickly can you come?
Response times are based on severity of symptoms, ranging from 3-6 hours for most visits. You can also schedule visits in advance.
What hours are you available?
We’re open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., 365 days a year and accept online requests 24/7. If you request after hours, we'll return your call first thing the next morning.
Do you really bring high-level equipment?
Yes! We bring, EKG, blood/urine testing equipment, IV supplies, medications, and other equipment and supplies to treat you at home.
What if I need to go to the hospital?
If our team determines you need hospital care we will assist you in calling 911, if needed, and call ahead to the ED to let them know you’re coming.
Can you treat children?
No, instED is only available to adults, 18+.
Will you share information with my regular health care provider?
Absolutely. We will ask for your primary care provider's name when you request a visit. After your visit, we send all notes and test results to your primary care provider.
