Ashley Koch leads instED’s Customer Support and Marketing functions. Her team partners with our clients, their care management teams and network providers to connect patients to our services and monitor impacts to health outcomes and costs resulting from instED intervention.
Ashley brings more than 15 years of communications, marketing and customer engagement experience to the team. She got her start in nonprofit media relations before moving to managed care, where she led creative development and member engagement strategy for Elevance Health’s government business. A firm believer in the premise that whole-person care yields positive outcomes, she is proud to further instED’s mission to improve access to acute care through our innovative, patient-centric model.
Ashley holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Old Dominion University.
