Brad Springer is the Vice President of Business Development and Sales at instED, where he leads the organization’s growth strategy. He is responsible for expanding instED’s presence in both existing and emerging markets, driving adoption of the current service model, and developing new value propositions tailored to diverse customer needs.
Brad brings over 25 years of healthcare experience to the role. He previously served as Senior Director of Operations for a rapidly scaling startup, helping grow its footprint from a handful of states to over 35 states and approximately 500 unique client locations. He also held the role of Vice President at Optum’s Workplace Wellbeing business unit, where he led the design, development, staffing, and ongoing management of employer fitness centers and wellness programs. Most recently, Brad spent three and a half years at Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA), where he served as Head of Business Development and Head of the Vendor Management Office.
Brad holds bachelor’s degrees in Athletic Training and Health and Fitness Management, as well as a master’s degree in Kinesiology.
