Chris Malagrida drives the assessment, design, and end-to-end process improvement of the Care Delivery Network and Clinical Resource Center and oversees daily operations. She has over 15 years of clinical and operational leadership experience steering complex process and quality improvement efforts that achieve strategic priorities to advance organizations.
Prior roles include the Executive Director of Performance Management in Ambulatory Services at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and the Chief Operating Officer at North Shore Community Health, a federally qualified health center. She is also a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and former primary care provider.
Chris holds a DNP and MBA from Johns Hopkins University, a BSN and MSN from Columbia University School of Nursing, and a BA in Psychology from Saint Michael’s College.
