instED partners with Element Care PACE to bring in-home medical care to PACE participants

Element Care PACE and instED announce a new partnership to provide in-home urgent medical care to PACE participants. By delivering high-quality and compassionate urgent care to PACE participants, instED will help avoid unnecessary trips to the emergency department and associated inpatient stays that may follow. “We are happy to be able to provide this service to our participants, instED visits will allow participants to be seen in their own homes, avoiding lengthy ER wait times. Participants will be treated with the supervision of Element Care’s NPs and MDs who are already familiar with the care they need” said Dr. Joanna Duby, Medical Director at Element Care PACE.

This program is supported by a comprehensive technology platform called instED Now©. Element Care’s on call service, will be available 365 days per year to all Element Care PACE participants.
